What is a Canada eTA?
Canada’s Electronic Travel Authorization is an electronic entry requirement for eligible foreign nationals flying to Canada or transiting through a Canadian airport. It is linked to the passport used in the application.
An approved eTA does not guarantee entry. The final admission decision is made at the Canadian border.
